Abdul Ghafar Jabarkhail a non-resident member of the Board of Directors of OLGO Group. Mr. Jabarkhail has completed his BTEC National Diploma and obtained certificate in International Business and Languages from Netherlands. He has completed a Master Degree in Public Policy from Brunel University and received Graduate Teacher Qualification (QTS) from University of East London.
Mr. Jabarkhail has served the Ministry of Education of Afghanistan, as an international advisor. He has actively participated in major education and training programs with the Ministry and took part in the preparatory process and campaign of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and other major programs of the Ministry.
Jabarhail has learned firsthand how education transforms individual, society, and a country. He possess knowledge of how to sustain life-transforming initiatives, remain motivated and motivate people around him. He is a successful manager and has the ability to work in an unpredictable environment, he successfully manages projects in fragile states and understands how to operate, decide and manage in those situations. He inspires and influences positive change, action and productivity.
