Mohammad Lateef Totakhail is the Head of Private Sector of OLGO Group. Mr. Lateef Totakhail born on 10.10.1984 is an energetic young professional Afghan. He holds a Master degree in Public Policy and Good Governance from Germany, and a bachelor in Business Administration.
Mr. Totakhail has worked with various national and international organizations including the Ministry of Finance of Afghanistan, Ministry of Education, local governance at Kabul Municipality, USAID, AUSAID, IRD, UNDP, ADB, Permanent Mission of Afghanistan to the United Nations, United Nations and other organization.
Mr. Totakhail’s areas of expertise are policy analysis, policy development and implementation, research and analysis, revenue enhancement, development aid effectiveness and aid management, donor coordination, financial management, literacy and general education management.
Mr. Totakhail has great communication and presentation skills, and has worked with high level officials in different organizations.
