Zia Ur Rahman is the Head of Consultancy Sector of OLGO Group and Serves on its Boards of Directors. He is a young Afghan professional, who has studied modern business management and is having wide experience in both public and private sector. His education and experiences in program management and support units made him a successful manager and enabled him to work across all departments.
Zia has successfully managed the most challenging programs in Afghanistan including; Basic Education, Learning and Training Program (BELT) and Afghanistan Workforce Development Program (AWDP).
Zia has facilitated the USAID and the Government of Afghanistan to work together and implement the on-budget program for the first time in USAID history.
Zia’s excellent communication skill, management skill and his hands-on leadership style enabled him to continually perform and deliver tasks effectively and efficiently.
